The monk said of Samar, ‘King Prithvindra of the foothills of the Himalayas has three brothers and a son, the youngest of whom is Samar. The eldest emperor and female parliamentarian are entertaining Sura-Sundari. They are ready to empty the coffers of the state. Exploiting the people in the frenzy of power makes them happy.
